How we started
Hello! We are located in Eastern Washington, in a small community called Valleyford. We are approximately 10 miles South of Spokane, WA.

Our interested in rope took off after we started to hand tie horse rope halters, lead ropes, reins, jump ropes and mats.

Now, it seems like rope is our primary business. Although our selection may seem low, often we have rope in stock, that is not listed on the web. Please feel free to browse the site and email us with any questions or comments you might have. If we do not have the type of rope you need, please email us. Chances are we can get it and pass on savings to you, the customer.

Methods of Payment
We do take orders and accept payments with Visa/Mastercard using ProPay and PayPal. We also accept money orders, cashiers checks, and personal checks. When you place an order, we can email you a bill. You will then be linked to an order page which will take you to a secure checkout.

Shipping
Previously, we had shopping carts listed on our site. Due to the increase in shipping costs and the variability of costs between shipping zip codes, we have taken off our shopping carts. Instead, please email us your order. We will then give you a shipping cost based on your zip code and approximate weight of the products ordered. Actual shipping charges will be applied via the postal service or FedEx. If you would like a quote on shipping costs, please email us.

***If you live the Spokane, WA area, please email us. If you are within a certain distance from our shop, we will deliver.***

Please do not hesitate to email us. We will not complete your order until you okay the shipping costs. When emailing us please give us the following:

1. Zip Code

2. Sample order or Actual order

3. If you would prefer standard shipping via the United States Postal Service, priority mail via the United States Postal Service or Fed Ex.

Usually it is cheaper to mail via Fed Ex, only if the package weight is over 5 lbs. Email Us!

Placing an Order


Placing an Order To place an order, please email us directly at the email address listed below.

When placing an order, please include the following in your email:
1. Address and zip code (to figure exact shipping costs)
2. Any special requests or questions (i.e. Overnight shipping)
3. Item number you would like to order along with the quantity
4. Please let us know if the address the items are being shipped to is a residence or a business.
5. Let us know if you would prefer to pay via credit card, money order or check.

If you have a paypal account, we can send you a bill. If you would like to pay online via a secured site, we will send you a bill to your email address which will then give a link to a secure site for check out and payment.

We will then total your order and add exact shipping charges, based on the weight of items ordered. Our preferred shipping method is FED EX, however will send via the United States Postal Service if it is cheaper. robyn@cbknot.com
